You have goals and dreams! Some you have fulfilled, but some you have not. These days you find yourself stressed out, tired, overwhelmed, and sometimes you eat too much or too little. Tossing and turning in your sleep, with thoughts racing, you think this will go away, but in fact it does not. It only worsens, and persists, sometimes for days, sometimes for months. Being burdened like this is not the real you.

I too have been on the roller coaster ride that did not want to end. Despite this and more, I have persevered and pressed on. I use what I have learned, buttressed by my clinical skills, to help people like you escape the quagmire of doubt, depression, and stress! – Breaking that vicious circle of dysfunctional thoughts and emotions to go back to the real you!

  2. Find a way to make small changes and begin to see those small wins.

  3. Accept setbacks and learn how to grow from them.

  4. Finding a way to feel empowered and to be the real you that is waiting to shine.

  • I use a variety of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, client-centred, and solution-focused therapies. These therapies offer hope to clients of all ages that suffer from a myriad of problems, such as, such as:

    • depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, panic attacks

    • eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD

    • stress management and decision making

    • relationship issues

    • trauma

  • I work with individual adults and children (age 16+).

  • Interests: When I am not in my “therapist seat”, I possess an avid passion for baking and cooking for my family, perfecting it in any way I can!

Getting started in therapy is not an easy decision. But once started, you are putting yourself back on the path, not giving in to the pain, and becoming the full author and director of your own journey. Failure to engage in therapy will leave you lost, off the path, and having little to no control of what is to come.
