See Video Introduction at bottom page.

You have big dreams and even greater goals. You know you can achieve great things in this life. You are a kind, caring and patient person. Lately your work, family and social life just feels impossible to handle. You feel stuck, in your own head and like you are a disappointment to those around you.

We have all  ‘been there, done that’ - myself included. Together, we will work towards feeling like yourself again. We will work at your own pace — one conversation at a time. We will discover ways that invite calm, ease and a clear sense of direction back into your day. We will unscramble your busy mind and connect back to what matters to you most.

You are the captain of your own ship. I’m just here to create a safe space, to listen and support your next steps. In our work together we’ll:

  • Identify your values, strengths and what drives you

  • Set goals that align with your personal mission

  • Align your actions in ways that connect your head and your heart

My approach to therapy is rooted in our mind-body connection. We’ll use our breath, movement and our voices to unpack heaviness. Remember, no one knows you, or what you need better than yourself. But above all, my approach is to build an authentic connection and go from there.
