Something feels off, even if from the outside everything looks fine, you’re struggling to keep it together. You're a high-functioning, thoughtful person. Maybe you’ve built a good career, live abroad or in a multicultural environment. You’re used to figuring things out on your own, but lately, there’s a quiet sense of disconnect, of carrying old emotional weight that’s holding you back and hard to name. You want to go deeper, to understand what’s been running in the background. Understand the patterns, fears, beliefs and begin to feel more integrated and attuned to your life.
That’s where I come in. I work with people like you; intelligent, self-aware, often alone, tired and ready to live with more meaning and clarity. I’m here to support you in untangling the past without getting lost in it. Our work is collaborative, warm, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we’ll create a space where you can speak freely, be seen for who you are, and begin to shift what no longer serves you.
How we’ll work together:
We’ll start by getting to know the version of you that shows up today and the parts that might still feel unseen.
We’ll make space for the past, and explore how they show up today.
We’ll connect those insights to your present life, helping you make choices that are authentic and attuned to you, instead of automatic.
We’ll build tools that support emotional clarity, stronger boundaries, acceptance, resilience and, a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
This means we'll not only explore the roots of your patterns and emotional responses, but also develop practical tools to support meaningful change in your day-to-day life. In our work together, your story will always lead the way.
I specialize in working with clients impacted by early family trauma, emotional neglect, self-worth struggles, and anxiety. My approach blends evidence-based approaches with a relational, trauma-informed lens. I, like yourself, am on my own journey. I’ve also lived internationally and understand the complexities of displacement, and starting over. I believe that healing begins in a safe and supportive relationship. My style is warm, collaborative, intuitive, and honest. No performance required, just your real self, at your pace. I am here to support you in navigating your journey with compassion, presence, and trust.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve been all along. You’re the expert of your own life and I’m the expert of therapy. If you’re ready, let’s take this step together.
