See Video Introduction at bottom of page.

You are hardworking, courageous, and willing to take chances if it means improving the quality of your life! You are open to a path that challenges societal expectations and allows for more peace, authenticity, and growth. Sometimes being different gets you into trouble because not everyone understands who you are, the way you live, or the vision you have for your future. The assumptions and judgement you are faced with can leave you feeling isolated, unworthy, and overwhelmed.

Living authentically and crafting a life that feels satisfying isn’t easy! Throughout my lived experience, I have worked through wounds that led me to believe I was alone, awkward, and not good enough for this world. There are times we all feel this way! You do not have to continue to work through these feelings alone. You deserve to live a rich, meaningful life and I am here to support you along the way.

Therapy sounds scary. You are opening yourself up again to someone new. Will they understand me? Will they really be able to help me? Your concerns are completely valid, and I know what it is like to be in the client seat.

  • You are the expert of your life, and I will meet you with compassion, acceptance, and safety as we walk alongside each other.

  • We will identify the areas of your life that you would like support with; explore your values, aspirations, and previous experiences; and work collaboratively to develop new strategies and perspectives that can open you to a new way of living.

Looking ahead at starting therapy may feel nerve-wracking - you’ve got this! Click the Get Started Now button, contact our intake coordinator, and ask for me (Suweetha) to take that first step!
