You are capable and resilient. While it may appear that you are managing well on the surface, internally, you may be experiencing a season of transition—whether in your relationships, your career, or within yourself. Sometimes even the smallest shifts can feel overwhelming, leaving you wondering, “How do I adjust to this?” It’s not easy to figure it all out on your own. 

As Kazuko Okakura wrote, “The art of life lies in a constant readjustment to our surroundings.” Change is part of life, but that doesn’t make it easy. This is where I come in. My role is to walk alongside you, offering empathy, curiosity, and guidance so that you can better understand your thoughts and behaviors, and find ways to adapt and readjust to life’s challenges. 

Together, we’ll follow a path forward:

  1. Identify what feels heavy or out of place in your life.

  2. Explore patterns in your thoughts and emotions with curiosity, not judgment.

  3. Practice new strategies that help you feel grounded and empowered in the face of change.

  4. Build confidence in your ability to navigate whatever life brings next.

Therapy is a team effort: you bring your honesty and openness, and I bring support, tools, and perspective. Together, we’ll figure out a way forward that feels true to you.

  • I have experience working in diverse healthcare settings and have worked directly with individuals of various gender identities, sexual orientations and ethnic backgrounds.

  • I am currently offering virtual counselling sessions to residents of Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. I am also available to provide in person sessions for residents of Ontario at our Toronto office.

  • I use a flexible, client-centered approach and draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:
