You might be the kind of person who thinks a lot, feels a lot, and carries a lot, but doesn’t always show it.
On the outside, things can look okay. You’re getting through your days, keeping up with responsibilities, maybe even showing up for other people. But internally, it feels heavy. Your mind doesn’t really slow down. You overthink conversations, question yourself, or feel responsible for how others are feeling. And at times, it’s hard to understand why certain reactions hit as strongly as they do.
It can feel exhausting to live like that.
I’m Caitlin, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I work with people who are ready to slow things down and start making sense of what’s going on underneath all of that. You don’t need to come in with the “right words” or a clear plan. We figure it out together.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, honesty, and creating a space where you can be real without feeling judged or rushed. Some sessions might look like gently unpacking patterns or emotions, while others might involve working through experiences that still feel stuck in your body or are hard to access just by talking.
Over time, our work can help you:
Understand your emotional patterns instead of feeling controlled by them
Feel less overwhelmed in your day-to-day life
Respond to yourself with more clarity and less self-criticism
Feel more grounded in who you are and what you need
If this sounds like you, you don’t have to keep carrying it on your own. You’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready. Hit the Get Started Now button, ask for me (Caitlin), and begin working on the issue you're facing.
