*Serving Clients in Ontario and New Brunswick*

You’re thoughtful, self-aware, and often the one others turn to for support. But you’ve been navigating a lot—whether that’s a big life transition, the weight of anxiety or depression, questions about identity, or just the general messiness of being human. You want to feel more grounded and confident, to stop second-guessing yourself, and to start living in a way that actually feels like you. You’ve probably done some reflecting already (maybe even tried therapy before), and now you’re looking for a space that really fits - somewhere you can feel seen, supported, and gently challenged to grow.

That’s where I come in! I’m Briea (she/they) and my approach to therapy is all about collaboration, curiosity, and care. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s been holding you back and figure out the next steps forward—together. I strive to create a welcoming, affirming space where you can show up as your full self.

Here’s how we might work together:

  1. We’ll start by getting clear on what’s going on in your world and what you'd like to change or explore.

  2. We'll look at the patterns, stories, or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck—always with kindness and care.

  3. We’ll build tools and insight to help you feel more empowered help you navigate challenges and move toward a life that fits you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. If you’re ready to explore what healing, growth, or self-discovery might look like for you, I’d love to connect.
