See Video Introduction at bottom of page.

You are ambitious, goal-oriented, and determined. You have supportive relationships and consider yourself to be successful. But there may be something holding you back, causing you to second guess your decisions and you begin to worry. Maybe this is something new - following a difficult experience - or maybe this is something you’ve always recognized in yourself.

If you are experiencing negative thoughts, low self-confidence, and anxiety – I can help. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together we can work towards changing your negative thoughts, worries, and fears by developing effective coping strategies and building confidence.

If you decide to work with me, here’s how the process will look:

  1. Building a relationship and trust is the foundation for effective therapy. I am interested in getting to know you, your interests, and your strengths.

  2. Identifying your concerns and creating a plan with an outline of your goals and desired outcomes for therapy.

  3. With every goal that we identify, there are usually obstacles that may get in the way. That’s okay! We can overcome those challenges together.

  4. Learn coping strategies to manage internal and external stressors.
