See Video Introduction at bottom of page.

You are making your way through life, enjoying your career, social groups, and hobbies. However, you know that you are struggling, even though on the outside the people you interact with might never guess it. These struggles could be with career, relationships, life transitions, or past experiences, and you want to be able to move forward with confidence and health.

I know what this can be like, and helping people like you is my inspiration to work in mental health. As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I am here to support and empower you with the challenges you are facing, with empathy and collaboration throughout.

This is what you can expect as we work together:

  1. Taking time to get to know you, your background, significant relationships, interests, aspirations, and more.

  2. Discussing ideas for change in and out of therapy.

  3. Applying new ideas and skills while building momentum.

  4. Maintaining change while also reflecting on growth and learning.
