  • I use Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy as well as mindfulness, strengths-based, compassion-focused, and client-centered approaches.
