*Serving Clients in Ontario*

You are someone who works hard — whether it be in your career, your personal life, or in your relationships with others. You strive to be the best for those around you, but you do not take time for yourself, and it has caught up to you.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or down due to work issues, relationship concerns, or just everyday life. Or maybe you don’t know exactly what’s wrong or how you feel, and you simply want to talk to someone to feel heard and understood.

You are not alone. We have all been there, myself included. You have come to the right place! Together we can uncover your current strengths and help you develop new tools to become the best version of you.

Moving forward — I want to help you grow and succeed in all areas of your life through offering a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to work on you.

My approach to guiding you on your healing journey is: first, getting to know about you and your needs, then collaboratively developing a plan to help you build skills and tools to benefit you, and finally, help you to discover your own strengths to use outside of therapy now and in the future.
