You are ready to hit the ground running; full of hopes and dreams for your life. Hopes of getting your dream job, finding “the one” to come home to, and being surrounded by a community of people who love and accept you. But something keeps holding you back and you realize that thriving in the world is not always easy. In fact, it feels like no matter how hard you try, you are still left feeling empty and hopeless. You’ve come so far, but still feel like you’re not enough.

Believe me - I’ve been there. Getting your adult life started can be hard and it can feel like the world takes more than it gives. I am here to say that you are not alone. I encourage you to reach out so that we can help you pursue your goals.

Together, we will work to:

  1. Get you back on your feet and feeling stable.

  2. Dive in deep to examine the blocks that you are experiencing, whether it’s experiences from childhood, traumas, relationships, or other difficult interactions with the world.

  3. Finally, we will work together to find ways to develop change that sticks so you can experience long term mental health wellbeing.

As someone who has the professional training and personal experience, I understand what you are going through, and I’d like to encourage you to reach out! Life can be hard, but together, we can equip you with a deepened understanding of yourself and tools to pursue positive mental health!
