*Serving Clients in Ontario*

You are strong and resilient. You are kind and want to be present for the important people in your life. However, this may cause you to neglect yourself. Always being there to support everyone else can wear you down. Now it seems there is no one to support you. You may be feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders. This further leaves you feeling misunderstood, anxious, and overwhelmed.

You are not alone — I have been there too! Together we can uncover the skills and strengths you already possess and work together to further develop those skills, as well as develop new ones, and make you stronger.

I provide a safe environment where you can be yourself. We will work together to help you overcome life’s challenges and move toward positive well-being. To help you succeed I will show you that you hold the answer key and are the master of your own life. This way you can overcome whatever it is that you are going through. And you will have new skills that will assist you not only in your present but also in the future.

Together in therapy we will take it step by step. Our journey may look something like this:

  • Learning about you: What makes you who you are? What does your past, present and future look like?

  • Learning what you are struggling with.

  • Finding healthy ways to put yourself first.

  • Uncovering strengths and skills you already possess, and learning new skills and ways of coping to further develop your strengths

  • Creating goals and moving forward in a positive way
