*Serving Clients in British Columbia*

Congratulations! It takes courage to take on life’s challenges and fears. You are someone who listens well and gives your time and energy freely to others. However, you find that you're always tired and don’t know why. As anxiousness starts to set in — your stress becomes too much to handle by yourself. There are times when your thoughts start spiralling down the rabbit hole and you find yourself in darkness, loneliness, confusion and/or depression.

When we find ourselves in the rabbit hole our minds are focused on either past negative incidents or projecting into the future. I’ve been there, many times! For me, growing up at home, showing love was not an option. However, I have learned that love does not need to be a foreign feeling. And you too can discover that the most important relationship is with yourself. With the right tools, you will be able to offer yourself love, kindness and self-care. Let’s take this exciting self-exploration journey together and learn how to love yourself the way you desire and deserve. Let’s fill up your heart with joy, every day!

You have all the answers within you; my role is to tap into your hidden resources and find your answers to claim and use immediately. In doing so, you will gain freedom, success, and joy in your life. You are the expert in your life, and I meet you where you are.

I am passionate about your healing process. At the beginning of our session, we explore what challenges and uncertainties prevent you from living the life you want and desire. Next, we take a self-discovery journey, learning new ways to achieve relief from past negative experiences and gaining healing insights and personal growth.

I use a strengths-based, solution-focused, and client-centred approach. By releasing and resolving areas of emotional charge you will increase your self-esteem and self-empowerment and develop positive insights and strategies for a healthier and happier lifestyle.

I provide an inviting, safe environment for the inclusivity of all people and communities. I have a respectful and non-judgmental approach and a great sense of humour. I provide counselling and coaching to youth, couples, families, and individuals working to resolve their conflicts and traumas.
