Danielle Sardella (she/her)

Hons. B.Sc., M.Ed., M.A., Registered Psychotherapist

*Serving Clients in Ontario*

You seek to live an authentic and fulfilling life, yet you are now faced with challenges that impact how you engage with yourself, others, and the world around you. Sometimes you feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, misunderstood, and isolated.

You are not alone!

I offer a safe and inclusive space. I invite you to join me in exploring the challenges you are experiencing. Together we will address the thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and environments associated with the present challenges.

Our work together will include:

  1. Discussing your needs, strengths, and challenges.

  2. Identifying areas for growth and associated goals.

  3. Developing skills and techniques related to your goals.

  4. Applying your strengths, skills, and techniques outside of sessions.

  5. Monitoring your progress and revising your goals, if necessary.

  6. Discussing the maintenance and promotion of continued growth and well-being.

If you are interested in working together, I invite you to hit the GET STARTED NOW button to contact our Intake Coordinator — and ask for Danielle!
