Cassandra DiGenova, BSW, MSW, Registered Social Worker (RSW)

You are someone who cares deeply about your relationships, your goals, and the life you’re building for yourself. You want to feel more confident, connected, and able to navigate life with greater ease. You care deeply about the people around you and want to do well, but sometimes anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or difficulty with focus and organization can get in the way. You may find yourself overthinking decisions, feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, struggling to communicate what you need, or wondering why something that seems easy for others feels so difficult for you. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, working through a difficult relationship, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a space to better understand yourself and find a way forward.

My role is to provide a space where you can feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership - not a place where someone tells you what you should be doing. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s getting in your way and find practical strategies that fit your life, your relationships, and the way you naturally function. I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you move toward where you want to be.

In our work together, we might:

  1. Getting to know you and your needs

  2. Understand the patterns, thoughts, and experiences that are contributing to what you’re struggling with.

  3. Build practical tools to manage anxiety, emotions, focus, organization, and everyday responsibilities.

  4. Strengthen communication, boundaries, and relationships.

  5. Work toward meaningful changes that feel manageable and realistic for you - not overwhelming.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes knowing that something feels off, or that you want things to feel different, is enough of a place to begin. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be happy to work alongside you.
