B.A. (Hons), M.A., Registered Psychotherapist

*Serving Clients in Ontario*

You are someone who is kind, gentle, and care-free! Or maybe you used to describe yourself that way. However, things have changed. Everyone encounters their own unique challenges, circumstances, and experiences through life. At times, those experiences act of as barrier to living an adaptive, full of meaning, and happy life. If you find yourself feeling stuck, empty, anxious, or wondering why you’re not happier, I want you to know you’re not alone. I believe with the right support and guidance people can rediscover themselves and find the meaning they’ve been searching for.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental, and empathic space for my clients. I believe that my clients should be given the agency to share as much or as little as they are comfortable with. Every individual is unique. With that in mind, I will tailor my approach to your needs and integrate various techniques.

If you feel we would be a good fit and would like to work together here is a bit of what you can expect:

  1. First is learning about you! What may have brought you to therapy and goals you may have that would let you know therapy is working for you.

  2. Next is fine tuning some of those goals and working together to find an approach best suited for you.

  3. Understanding life is unpredictable. Checking in to see what is working or not working.

  4. Putting into practice new skills towards a meaningful journey.

I look forward to getting to know you as you start this new chapter in your life. Hit the “Get Started Now” button to contact our Intake Coordinator and ask for me (Kelsie)!
