See Video Introduction at bottom of page.
You are resilient and you try your best to learn, change, and become a better version of yourself. And yet, at times, you find yourself caught in the cycle of self-doubt, overthinking, or being overly critical of yourself. Maybe you replay conversations, question how you came across, or feel like you’re “too much” or not enough at the same time. You might feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in patterns you don’t understand, or weighed down by past experiences, loss, or uncertainty about the future. You’ve tried to move forward, but something keeps pulling you back, and you’re not sure how to proceed.
It can feel like too much for one person to carry and figure out alone, but you don’t have to do it that way. I’m here to support you through it. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I will meet you where you are. Together, we’ll slow things down and begin to understand what’s been weighing on you, at your pace.
Our work will be collaborative and tailored to you. We’ll explore the patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, understand where they come from, and gently work toward change in a way that feels safe and meaningful. We’ll also build tools to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and confident in how you move through life.
I invite you to hit the Get Started Now button, ask for me (Lyne), and begin working on the issue you're facing.
