You are someone who holds things together, for your family, your partner, your work, while quietly wondering why it still feels like something is missing. Maybe you've been carrying grief that won't lift, or anxiety that shadows your days even when things look fine on the outside. Perhaps you've been giving so much of yourself for so long that you've lost touch with who you are outside of what you do for others. Or maybe you and your partner keep having the same painful conversations and you're starting to wonder if things can actually get better. You want to feel like yourself again, grounded, connected, and hopeful, but you're not quite sure how to get there.
You don't have to figure it out alone. I'm Meghan, and I work with individuals and couples who are ready, or who deeply need, to finally invest in themselves and their relationships and start healing. I bring warmth, genuine curiosity, and a non-judgmental space where nothing you're carrying will feel like too much. Whether you're exhausted from burnout, grieving a loss, feeling disconnected from your partner, or ready to address anxiety or depression that's been there longer than you'd like to admit, I'll meet you exactly where you are, with gentleness and without judgment.
Together, here's what that can look like:
1. Take the first step. Reaching out is often the hardest part. Once you do, we'll find a time that works for you and begin at whatever pace feels right.
2. Understand what's actually going on. We'll slow down and make sense of what's keeping you stuck, often things that have been there so long they feel invisible.
3. Build real tools. Using approaches like ACT, Gottman Method, and trauma-informed care, we'll develop practical strategies that actually work in your day-to-day life.
4. Grow at your pace. Healing isn't linear, and I'll follow your lead.
The goal is for you to feel more like yourself, clear, grounded, and capable.
