Your life feels overwhelming, demanding and out of control. It is difficult to find joy and fulfillment day to day when there is no balance, no direction, and no peace. Maybe you are needing change or longing for relief. You are not alone.
Through counselling, you have the opportunity to make sense of the things that are causing distress in your life. It is a safe place to untangle and understand these struggles and build a new path forward. I am here to walk alongside you with sincerity, empathy, evidence-based tools and a belief that change is possible.
A flexible framework guides our work together:
Get to know you – your strengths, your values, your goals and the challenges you face today.
‘Small Steps Make Big Changes’ approach – see where change is possible and create achievable goals.
Skill building – develop and practice new ways of thinking and doing the things that promote change and offer relief, both short term and long term.
