You’re driven, capable, and used to holding yourself to a high standard. You set big goals and expect yourself to meet them - while somehow keeping everything in balance. But lately, it’s starting to feel like too much. The pressure builds, burnout creeps in, and you might find yourself questioning if you’re really keeping up or just getting by. Maybe you feel like an imposter in your own life, or like no matter how much you do, it’s never quite enough. You’re overwhelmed, stretched thin, and quietly wondering if something needs to change.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own. I work with people who know they want things to feel different, even if they’re not sure where to start. I bring a mix of understanding and practical support, shaped not only by my training but by my own experiences with burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the stress of juggling work and school. I know change can feel uncomfortable - but it can also open the door to clarity, growth, and a stronger sense of direction.
Here’s how we can start:
We take time to understand what’s been weighing on you, without pressure or judgment.
We explore the patterns and expectations that may be keeping you stuck.
We build tools and strategies that fit your real life - not a perfect version of it.
We move at a pace that feels right for you, adjusting as your needs evolve. If you’re ready for things to feel more manageable - and more like you - this is your invitation to take that first step.
