You are someone who is willing to grow! You have an open mind, have life intentions, and are educated and informed. However, life happens; it can take you on a rollercoaster of ups and downs. You feel your days are just passing by, or you are just living to work. I get it, therapy can be an intimidating experience as it needs us to open up to our inner world. Taking the first step is hard; but guess what? You are already one step forward by reading this.

Let me tell you, I’ve been there - You just want to quit or give up. This is what I can tell you - there is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel! This is where you’ll find me on your journey; I am here to guide you through life’s obstacles, helping you discover your authentic self.

Together, we will create a unique plan that works for you; my approach to therapy is both holistic and integrative. I want to understand you! I believe in the power of working collaboratively to explore your needs, strengths and goals to work towards achieving a greater sense of coping through the realities of life.

Positive change can occur when we are given the space and support to explore how we cope with our life experiences. I am committed to getting to know you, past, present and future! I am a firm believer that you are the expert of your life, and only you hold the answers you are seeking. I will support you in your journey of growth and development.
