See Video Introduction at bottom of page.

You have a lot happening in your life. Maybe you are used to doing it all, and doing everything well! You have many competing demands on your time, and people have always expected much of you. You like to deliver, and often you do, but sometimes everything feels just so overwhelming. You may feel you are barely keeping afloat, despite your best efforts, when really you want to be moving forward - to a better place, where you are not only feeling better, but feeling you are living your best life! There are many things that can interfere with your happiness and functioning in life - daily life stresses or life changes and transitions, work or relationships, or maybe a difficult situation that has happened to you or someone you love. If you are struggling and are wanting to feel better - happier - know that you are not alone, and that things can improve

I am here to support you. I will provide a safe space to ease the weight off your shoulders. I will listen to you and help you identify your best hopes. I understand how difficult things can be, especially if you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed. Together, we will work to determine your goals – what is most important to you and how you would like your life to be. And I will help you draw on your strengths, to make changes, feel better and reach those goals!

If you choose to work with me, here is the framework I have found to be most helpful:

  • Get to know you - the real you - as well as your best hopes and dreams!

  • Understand your concerns and challenges.

  • Identify your goals - what you want! What you would like to change or be different.

  • Utilize your strengths and resilience - this will allow you to take small steps, that will in turn, create bigger changes and propel you toward achieving your goals and living your preferred life.

  • Find ways to accept challenges that arise and understand how your mindset can help you live your best life.

I would love to work with you, to help you to address your concerns, reach your goals and help you move forward — down a road where you are living your best life!
