Christine Wright, BA (Psych), MA (Counselling Psychology), Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

See Video Introduction at bottom of page.

You’ve been doing your best to hold everything together, even when life feels overwhelming, or off-track. You’re capable and self-aware, yet things may still feel stuck or not shifting the way you hoped. It’s easy to try to think your way through challenges, but logic alone doesn’t always reach the deeper parts of yourself. Sometimes, something inside feels guarded or quiet or like old patterns are leaving you stuck in cycles. You want to change but feel unsure where to start. Guess what? You don’t have to take this on alone!

I’m here to walk alongside you, listening, supporting, and guiding you to reconnect with yourself so you can move forward with clarity and confidence

Together, we can:

  1. Slow things down and be curious about your experiences -without judgement but with compassion.

  2. Identify and build practical tools, including strategies you may already be using without realizing it.

  3. Reconnect with all parts of yourself and feel grounded in your values, strengths, and build trust with yourself to help create the life you want.

If you’re ready, hit the Get Started Now button and ask for Christine, we’ll connect and begin your journey together.
