Our human need is to feel truly accepted, to feel like we belong, and to have inner freedom”

It takes courage to seek help and you have just taken the first step! You are here because you sense that something is missing and you want things to be different. Life can be overwhelming with uncertainty, demands, and expectations from others. Over time this affects your ability to regulate your feelings toward others and within yourself. This can lead to feelings of incompetence, frustratration, sadness, loneliness, and irritability.

I have been there myself, and I can tell you that there IS hope for transformation in your life! I am here to guide you through difficult periods of uncertainty where change can be stressful and overwhelming. Allowing yourself access to professional support can move you from a place of being stuck to taking the courageous steps towards a life that brings you joy and satisfaction.

You can expect that in your journey towards healing and recovery, I will spend time listening to your story and understanding your situation. We will also identify underlying patterns that keepyou from experiencing inner freedom and satisfaction with your present reality. Only through commitment will there be transformation.

Even if you are new to counseling, you can expect:

  • Focusing on your current experience or challenges and creating space for experiences from the past that you might continue to carry into your present life.

  • Understanding what is missing and the breakthrough that you desire for yourself.

  • Engaging in the exercises and skills that will result in change and transformation.

  • Creating a plan to address future challenges that may arise.

  • Celebrating your progress!
