You are a go-getter! You have always been someone who is motivated to achieve the things they want in life. But lately you’ve been in a funk. Life has just gotten the best of you and you are not feeling like yourself. High school drama may be getting to you or perhaps University is creating self-doubt. Or maybe it’s life in general: work-partner-kids. Regardless where you are, you find yourself losing that drive. You find self-doubt creeping in. Something is creating a block - anxiety, depression or perhaps lack of confidence. You find yourself losing that drive. The go-getter in you is slowly disappearing, and you simply don’t know why!

The Good News: You are not alone. We’ve all experienced a block at some point. Even me! Which is why I am here to help you figure out how we can get you back to your happiness. Working together, we will figure out what you need to get back to you…or the best version of you. Through our sessions, I will learn who you are, what makes you happy, who you want to become, and motivate you to make that change. My job is to create a safe space, where you can talk about your emotions, thoughts, and whatever else you need to get off your chest. I am all ears!

Here is a general plan for our sessions:

  1. I will get to know you - Everyone has their own unique story, so my job is to create an open and safe space for you. It is important that you feel comfortable to share.

  2. Setting goals - What is it that you want to change in your life? What is simply not working for you? Setting goals will allow us to become better teammates! 

  3. Creating a plan - Let’s put your goals into motion. Change does not have to be drastic, as long as you are taking small steps toward the bigger picture.

  4. Nothing great happens overnight. Sounds cliché, but it’s true! We will learn to accept setbacks. Understanding what does not work will help us to make adjustments and keep moving toward the goal.

I am here to help and guide you every step of the way. Through these steps, we will be able to actively work towards your desired goals! Everyone’s story is different, and as a team we will figure out what works best for you.
