See Video Introduction at bottom of page.

Welcome to my page! If you are here, chances are that something in your life is not sitting well with you right now. Perhaps you are facing a serious challenge and you are having trouble coping. Maybe you are stuck, worried, or sad and you just can’t seem to make any meaningful change on your own. The good news is that you don’t have to be alone!

We will work together to examine your life, study the problem itself, and determine what steps we can take that will benefit you. You will find a confidential space where we can understand not only your concerns and vulnerabilities, but also your strengths, goals and your progress. The process will look something like this:

  1. Understanding your life experiences and history.

  2. Identifying the changes you want to make.

  3. Tracking your progress (and re-directing if needed).

  4. Maintaining these changes to ensure your long-term success.

Part of creating change involves collaborating as a team to ensure that you are getting the most out of your therapy sessions. I encourage you to reach out if you’re thinking of making these changes, so we can start working together!
