You want to live your life to the fullest, but something seems to be getting in your way. You possess a remarkable potential for growth, a deep desire to thrive, and a genuine passion for making meaningful connections with others. However, the impact of past struggles has left a mark on your journey, hindering your ability to fully embrace life's possibilities.

I want you to know that you are not alone in your struggles. I, too, have had my past experiences cast a shadow over my present. Together, we will uncover the connections between your past experiences and your current challenges, allowing us to address the root causes of your distress.

Drawing from both my personal and professional experience, I am dedicated to providing you with a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space. My goal is to help you regain a sense of agency over your life, enabling you to move forward with a renewed sense of purpose, authenticity, and joy.

While it’s important to recognize your uniqueness and specific needs, if you decide to work with me, our sessions will generally follow a structure like this:

  1. I will get to know you and your life story.

  2. Together, we will pinpoint the specific challenges you are facing and select the most suitable therapeutic approach to address them effectively.

  3. I will provide you with valuable psychoeducation, offering insights and knowledge that can empower you throughout the process.

  4. Think of us as detectives, working together to unravel the root causes of the challenges you’re experiencing, and finding ways to resolve them.

  5. Through learning and practicing new techniques, you will acquire valuable skills that can bring about positive change in your life.
