*Serving Clients in Alberta*

You are resilient! Despite everything you have been through you have made it this far, and you always figure it out.

Keeping it together, however, is not easy. You may feel like you don’t have time to stop, you don’t have the option to stop, you don’t have the space, physical or emotional, to stop. You might be fearful that if you do stop, you might not be able to get going again.

Let me assure you, creating the space is nothing to fear. I believe my role is to support you in the creation and exploration of that space, because, like you I have felt that anxiety of "if I stop to think about this I won't be able to stop". So, over the years I have honed my own skills personally, academically, and professionally to be able to effectively create a space I want to go to, not one I feel is forced. I want to help you do the same

How can we do that? I work from a Gestalt therapy lens. This means that in our work together we will bring attention to areas that you may be consciously, or subconsciously, avoiding. Through this exploration we increase your confidence, and ability to "move" yourself forward again and put an end to that feeling of "stuckness". We explore your space using various techniques such as reflection, inner child work, guided meditation, empty chair work, challenging current though patterns, and many more. Ultimatley, you are the driving force behind the process with me serving as a "supportive mirror".

This framework is designed to help you move to where you want to go!
