See Video Introduction at bottom of page.

You are exploring the world and all it has to offer. You have opened doors for yourself at school or work — but now you are unsure if you’re ready to walk through them. You may have a sense of the life you’d like to have, but you’re not sure of how to make it happen! You might be feeling stuck, low, or burnt out as you struggle to cope with the challenges you are facing now. You are looking for ways to understand your past and your present so that you can move confidently into a promising future.

I am here to work with you — to help you figure out what you want in life and how you can make it happen. I too have struggled to walk a twisting and turning path as I’ve moved toward a brighter future. Along the way, I’ve worked with teens and adults who are trying to sort through life’s possibilities while learning to cope with the demands of school, work, family, and relationships. I am here to help you find the path that is best for you.

I will provide you with a space that is safe, free from judgment, and full of hope. Talking about challenges and difficulties can often feel heavy, so I often use humour in sessions to relieve stress and help us connect with each other.

  • In our first session I will get to know you, your story, and what has brought us to work together.

  • Next, we will create goals about what you hope to get from our time together.

  • We will then craft a plan to help you start working towards your goals.

  • I will find a therapeutic approach that will help us see progress as you make the changes that will help you grow into the best version of yourself.
