Perhaps you are experiencing pain, feel lost and alone, have difficulty controlling your fears and worries, or simply feel overwhelmed with life’s problems.

Are you hoping to discuss a difficult situation in your life that you can’t share with friends or family? Would you like to explore relationships that leave you with unresolved thoughts and feelings? Do need help sorting things out in order to make important decisions?

It is challenging to know who to trust when sharing your most inner thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I provide a safe confidential space to help you unravel your concerns. I will listen-to-learn to help you find a way forward, no matter how difficult your situation. Together, we will identify the source of your distress and make a plan to address it! I will be with you every step of the way. During therapy:

  1. I will work to understand you and your concerns.

  2. We will identify the primary source of your distress.

  3. We will create clear goals in order to move forward.

  4. You will learn new skills and perspectives to help you cope.

You are in the driver's seat of your therapy. From this place, you can move forward with a new plan to address the issue causing distress.
