Courtney Chow
B.A., M.A., Registered Psychotherapist

*Serving Clients in Ontario*

Have you ever tried to explain your feelings, but ended up being misunderstood or brushed aside? Or maybe you’ve sought help in the past but have struggled to connect with someone who saw you as a list of problems rather than as a person. Whether you are a student, have a job, or are still trying to figure out where you are going, it is important to recognize your journey is unique and the challenges you face aren’t always simple

I strive to provide a safer space where we can work together to overcome your challenges and move toward your goals. I am committed to being open and curious about your life, while also offering tools that will help you cope and problem solve. If you choose to work with me, our process will look something like this:

  1. Getting to know you: Past, present, and your hopes for the future!

  2. Identifying concerns or challenges.

  3. Learning new ways of coping.

  4. Overcoming obstacles or setbacks.

  5. Moving toward meaningful goals.

I am excited about our journey together! Hit the “Get Started Now” button to contact our intake coordinator. Remember to ask for Courtney!
