*Serving Clients in British Columbia*

You are ambitious — with an enduring dedication to your beliefs. You have a strong desire to get the most that you can out of life. You wear your heart on your sleeve at times. You are curious to learn more about how your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours are connected. However, something is blocking your way, and you notice emerging unwanted patterns in your life. Amidst the whirlwind of life's demands, you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disengaged, or falling short of where you envisioned yourself to be. It is as if you're searching for your true self amidst the chaos, yearning for clarity and direction.

Like a steadfast companion, I am here to offer support, understanding, and empathy as you navigate the twists and turns of your personal growth journey. I understand the challenges of reconciling your inner aspirations with the external pressures of society. I will help you bridge that gap. I provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and values, free from judgment or expectation. Together, we will explore the layers of your identity, building on your personal strengths and uncovering your true potential.

  1. First we will discuss your experiences and learn about your life values.

  2. Next we will identify moments in life where you have choice and how to make sure those choices align with your values.

  3. Then we will practice these skills and encourage more space for you to be your true self.

As your guide I am committed to being by your side throughout your journey of self-discovery, no matter the ups and downs.
