Life is full of surprises! You have been able to cope thus far. You usually take things day by day and manage to take stressors in stride. You have family and friends that bring you happiness. You are generally content. You look forward to new endeavors, the pleasures in life yet to be explored.

However, life has brought you many changes. You may be questioning why coping seems to be difficult now. Things you have tried before are not working. You may feel down, with a lack of motivation, and you wonder what is happening. You struggle to maintain what you had, as it seems diminish right in front of you.

I have been there! I too have walked the walk - and I understand your struggle. My experience and training will help you in your journey. I am non-judgemental. I provide a safe and secure space for you to share whatever is on your mind. I will be there, listen to you, and enable you to be seen. Life is full of challenges. It is through these challenges that we learn to be resilient, survivors, and full of new found knowledge about ourselves and our place in the world. In therapy, I will be with you in your journey as you work to resolve the issues that are pressing in on you.
