Therapy is tailored to your needs, and draws upon such traditions as CBT, mindfulness, DBT, analytic therapy, family systems, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a best-practice, evidence-based therapy for PTSD approved by health and government regulatory bodies around the world.

My track record includes federal government funding to develop and deliver psychotherapies, assessment and treatment at Toronto Western Hosptial and University of Toronto, and clinical trials at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health and Mt. Sinai Hospital. I also provide psychotherapy through Mt. Sinai and Health Recovery Clinic, teach, publish, and supervise therapists.
